LaBelle509 326 Posted November 4, 2012 Hang in there! it will be all worth it! this has been the best decision ever. My life has changed for the better. I had to give up a lot but I will do it again. My only regret is that I did not do it sooner. I get sad thinking of all the time I lost staying trap under my food addiction.

doxieville 799 Posted November 4, 2012 Just remember: this is a marathon, not a sprint. I started to get impatient until i figured out why. All other diets I was in a hurry bcs I was afraid i'd give up, lose my motivation, before I'd lose all the weight. And i usually did. I haven't gotten that feeling w the sleeve. I am taking advantage of this time to learn to eat and love myself again. And at 51, I have a LOT of years to make it up!
