I have the Julian bread. I enjoy it a lot when I'm on the run or want a sandwich. I can barely finish a slice but has 5 net carbs and 5 grams Protein, 60 calories, The carb smart is spongier but has 109 calories, 9 carbs and 9 Protein. I recommend it! Great for bread substitutes but I don't eat it everyday .
