missy-la 7 Posted December 27, 2012 I hope all the Nov 14th sleevers had a great Christmas! Did anyone have a difficult time over the holidays? I had a bit of difficulty over the holidays with Cookies. Figured out that a soft cookie here and there goes down pretty easily. I'm hoping I've got that out of my system, and we've now gotten rid of all the holiday baked goods.

mahow 27 Posted December 28, 2012 I hope all the Nov 14th sleevers had a great Christmas! Did anyone have a difficult time over the holidays? Christmas was definantly better then Thanksgiving, haha...no really it was! I had wanted bread so bad (but resisted), and I did eat to the point that I was very uncomfortable...still learning how to feel full. This is such a learning experience. I am actually craving a salad, can't wait to eat a salad! Who would of thought! I love seeing the scale go down, almost under 200! yeah!
