thehappycat 91 Posted November 2, 2012 So I've been really working hard on getting Protein in while keeping the carbs low. However, some days I get my 90 grams of Protein while my carbs are at 16, 18, 20. I should have 45 per day. Is this a problem? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
