Not so well here, I have made a lot of unhealthy food choices and havent been excersizing *cringe* (so hard to admit). I am still trying to figure out when I am full and oh my, head hunger is no joke!! I got some great advice on here to get back to the basics and start treating my sleeve better before I destroy it. Stories like yours reminds me it is possible for me to get to where I want to be! I just need to make better choices

Yea.... Don't feel bad i mess up all the time. Just try to make more good choices then bad ones and you'll be alright. And don't torture yourself. If you want to treat yourself sometimes do it. Just not too much.
