plbutler 24 Posted November 2, 2012 Protein Drinks and water... I was stalled at 3 weeks so I just made myself concentrate on just Protein and Water. You can do it! Our weight does fluctuate. The doc said to take 2 sips of Milk of Magnesia every hour until I go when Constipation hits. Usually takes 2 hours...lol
