I have not had insurance in 3 years, I will get insurance w Humana KY state employee in Jan will I be able to start my 6 month diet plan or will I have to wait ??

It depends. Have you been to the doctor about your obesity already? Have you been advised to do something about it? If so it could be considered pre existing and have a 12 month waiting period or excluded all together.
