nadoue 158 Posted November 4, 2012 It's funny how some complaining about sugar but for me it's just as eating Protein, 15 months out I can do 3-4 oz of steak in one seating and eat anything I want in ounces of course. I crave sugar more than before vsg and I do indulge from time to time. My only stay away thing is soda. It's tasteless and make me feel bloated.
