How Many Oz Of Fluids Did You Get In The First Few Days After Surgery?

I am sipping tiny sips, and at the hospital they said it would take me about an hour to get in 4oz...seems to be true, but how do I get my fluids in at that rate?

Next to none so I got severly dehydrated and had to go back to the hospital and be put on IV's. Just sip sip sip all day long!

That is what I am afraid of so I am trying to keep sipping...but at 4oz per hour, I don't know how to get it all in!
