I just saw this on my Facebook page, and reading through it, I thought it sounded pretty good (being a mushroom lover) and a way to sneak in some extra Protein through the greek yogurt addition. Thoughts?

I just tried butternut squash bisque, it was delish and 1/2 cup very filling. A nice change from the sweet Protein shakes!

Idea: steam or boil butternut squash and purée with soft tofu. Add spices/flavors you like/can tolerate. More Protein is the result.
