started process Feb 1st 2012. Authorization obtained after several foul-ups by pcp. Will know date of

all by end of this week. They say some nov dates still open so it is possibility. Wee!

Same here!! I was approved last week by Cigna after two denials..Waiting on surgery date with Dr. Michael Schweitzer at Johns Hopkins Medical Center..
