Small Accomplishment

Today I hit 189.6 under 190... YAY...

I ran 2.5 miles in 34 minutes ( includes a total of 5 minutes of walking)..this was at a track.

Tomorrow I am going to the hike and bike trail see if i can run the 2.5 miles at the trail...GOOD LUCK TO ME

I will be looking for a 5k so I can participate this month.

I have an app on my iPod that helps me increase my running time and decrease the walking wkly. you might want to try it. It's called c25k.
