keri2142 6 Posted November 26, 2012 What type of Protein have y'all been using? I went to GNC and they sold me Promasil, so far it is awesome but it isn't strictly whey protein, just curious if this is ok? Or if anyone else is using it?

keri2142 6 Posted November 26, 2012 Mainly using Syntrax Nectar and Unjury. What else is in it if its not all whey? It has fat burner in it and a few different other Proteins that are supposed to help me keep the muscle I have. I took it to my dietician and she said it was ok to use today so we will see. What is the nectar and where do you get that. Does it taste good?
sunshyneqtie 73 Posted November 26, 2012 It's just whey Protein isolate. Lots of different flavors. I really like it.
