Maybe I'm in the minority here, but take the painkillers while you have the excuse.[/quote'] Oh wow...I thought of this too. I never got a clear answer. I could see an argument for (promote healing) and.arguments against (infection and extra swelling). I used mine for my neck in the hospital. mylifeinpink 349 Posted October 30, 2012 I'm using my electric blanket right now and it feels soooo good. Cozy and warm I should have thought of this right after surgery. My back and shoulders hurt a lot after surgery. Lol! Me too!!!!
