Watching the local news our Beaches have really took a beating.. Hope everyone North of DE are staying safe sorry for those who's surgeries were cancelled but your day will came and I hope it is sooner then later!!! Prayers for those in the path of SANDY. Ruffus 66 Posted October 30, 2012 Same here in south jersey!!! No Water either Just a reminder!!! People never think of fresh Water in there water heater. reallyrosy 161 Posted November 4, 2012 I'm in CT and my surgery is supposed to be Tuesday at 9 am. Really hoping for the best but the news is dreadful. The thought of trying to recover with no electricity is also making me sick with worry. Cold and dark without working toilets is not how I envisioned this. One yr ago, I had the exact same pblm! Was without power for 11 days so am happy postponed til 12/5. I am @ 30# from goal now. Went from 320 to 202. Hang in there and don't worry ...this isn't a hex on your surgery. It'll be good.
