I'm not ready for the gym so I'm headed out to get some workout dvd's. It's getting cold here and outside + cold is me not outside lmao. I do own slim in 6 p90x and walk 5 mils dvd's but I have some mad ADD so I need something new each day to do. Anyone use some good ones for body toning?

30 day shred is pretty good and it only takes 30 minutes
