Kevin W. 110 Posted October 30, 2012 To be completely honest i have never payed attention to my Protein intake! My calorie intake is usually around 700-1000 calories but i would go to the gym and get on the treadmill and set the incline to the max height position and speed to 4.0 and walk until i burned all the calories i ate and then some! Usually 60 minutes would burn around 1400 calories. The treadmill is the secret if you do just what i said.
rosehips 121 Posted October 30, 2012 I had my surgery two months ago today. I feel amazing. I have lost 42lbs. I feel amazing. Hi, I had my surgery on 8/27 tooooo!! I don't weigh very often, numbers on the scale can really piss me off, one day I've lost nothing, the next day 6 lb's gone. So I pretty much use my clothes to know I am shrinking. I know I have lost at least 38 lbs. of course I want more but now that you point out it has only been two months, sounds awesome. I am 70 lb's from goal, how about you? What kinds of exercise do you do? I am a walker and Water aerobics, planning on getting to a gym real soon.
