I measure absolutely every meal. Always no more than 3 ounces a meal.

I think he means everything. But that's his capacity. We are all different. I measure mine by the calories because the denser Protein will have more calories and be more filling. For instance, I can eat a 6 oz bowl of chili, but only a 3 oz steak. But they are about the same calories.

I use an old fashion one that is purely mechanical. If i need to weigh something that is going to be served on a plate, i weigh the plate first.

I was very confuse at the begining with the reflux and the hungry them my doctor recomended the lanzoprazol everyday and was reflux not hungry.
