Can someone please explain twitter to me? I know you write short sentences. I don't get how you follow people, or what the point of twitter is. I know I just don't understand the concept.

Also realize you just got sleeved how are you feeling ? How did your surgery hope all went well and a speedy recovery let us know I'm so excited and nervous I got my surgery date of dec 15 !

I just requested u && my surgery went great woke up in some pain but started walking ASAP so a lot of the gas from anesthesia started going away cause the pain from that is the worst but I only had to stay two nights I leave tomorrow morning, now it kinda feels like I worked out my stomach and its sore..make sure u sip slowly
