hm734 228 Posted October 26, 2012 Just curious if anyone else loses like me..I am just over 3 months out. I lose nothing for 10ish days at a time, then lose a pound a day for 4-5 days then back to nothing for 10ish days with no real difference in eating or exercise. COnative 192 Posted October 26, 2012 I feel like I am going through something similar. Frustrating isn't it?! But you are almost to your goal- that is awesome!!!! And I know from losing and gaining so much over my entire life that the closer I get to my goal the slower the weight loss.But it looks like you have done great thus far. All the best! It slows down really a lot.....But it does come off so please don't give up, keep doing what your doing and make this a life time habit. Eat healthy and exercise. Butterthebean 8,146 Posted October 26, 2012 I'm 5-1/2 months out. For the last 6 weeks this is exactly what I've been doing. It sucks.
