Bored With My Soft Food Phase

Recommended Posts

I have started the soft food phase last Friday and my NUT is not allowing much. I can only have chicken, turkey, tuna, eggs, and fish, Any suggestions? She does not want me to try any type of Beans yet or tomatao aauces. I was hopin gto make some type of chicken chili or something. I have no clue what are safe to eat condiment and spice wise because she wouldn;t say. I am so sick of eating this, I could scream. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hey there! I know that it is difficult right now and right about now was when I asked myself for the 2nd time "What on earth have I done to myself?" I know that it is frustrating and almost even nauseating, but I promise that this phase will be over soon. No real ideas about other things to eat, maybe just change up the way that you prepare it.

It wont be long!!! I promise! thinking of you!

What about soft cheese. Laughing cow are great. I put one in with my tuna or egg salad. I also melt cheese on my chicken. I use a little guacamole on my fish or tartar sauce. I have been loving horseradish so this also goes on my fish, the creamy kind is delish.

My NUT suggested f.f. refried Beans & putting unflavored Protein Powder in instant mashed potatoes or in cooked, smashed squash. I'm not at that stage, yet, but it sounds kind of good. You're lucky you can have chicken. My NUT said just tuna for meat...or soft, flaky fish. She also said to stay away from spicy foods, but still use herbs & f.f. Condiments.< /p>
