I start pre-op diet this Sunday, November 4th! 14 days of 6 Optifast shakes per day. Then one day of Clear Liquids on November 18th before the big day!!!!! good luck to all

I am on 11/23. I am scheduled with Dr Rodriguez. I start my preop a week beforehand.

My procedure is on 11/16. Started the 2-week liquid diet last Friday (11/2). 5 8 oz. cups of milk with Carnation Instant Breakfast no sugar added, any unsweet beverage, sugar free jello-o, V-8, and up to 2 cups of broth/day. So far so good...down 3 lbs already! (Probably Water, which is always what people tell me when I mention losing low amounts....thanks for the support.)

I hope everyone had quick recoveries! We'll all be rocking the spring fashions in '13. Yeah us!
