debbie0406 59 Posted October 25, 2012 Finally after over three weeks my stall has ended. I started out post op at 220 lbs, now I am 169. So happy this morning. Sent from my iPhone using VST
Holly5.3 423 Posted October 25, 2012 Yaaaa! That's great! It's hard to not have high, and maybe unrealistic weekly weight loss goals after going through this whole 'life-style change'-WLS! But in the long-run, from what U've read and seen in UTube, by one year post-op everyone is a new person! Regardless of the stalls we experience and maybe some months we don't lose as much as other months for whatever reason, slow and steady wins the race! We are all better off physically than a year ago and that's not even considering how much additional weight and more obesity related illnesses we could have acquired ibmn one year had we NOT decided to change our lives permanently-finally! Keep up the good work! 1 brol1k reacted to this
ArcusX 216 Posted October 25, 2012 Could you post what you did that you think may have resulted in breaking the stall? Might help others like this person: http://www.verticalsleevetalk.com/topic/56660-how-to-break-a-stall/
debbie0406 59 Posted October 25, 2012 The only thing I did was drank more Water and walked a little further. I use My Fitness Pal to track my food intake. I guess when you keep doing the right things for your body, it starts to work, even if it takes a few weeks. Sent from my iPhone using VST
