Brandywine 74 Posted October 24, 2012 Hi guys, saw my Dr. today and it went great down 29 lbs in a month could not be happier and now onto eating soft foods but after a month of liquid anything sounds good Anyways, Larry at my Dr. office suggested we do a pic on our bathroom mirror (recent one) so we see it everyday... and every 3 months add a new one under the old, this is because we tend to "see" the same old person everyday in that mirror even though we are changing drastically, this is too remind us of our amazing effort and progress even if that darn scale isnt moving our bodies are changing and we need to remind our selves daily...
