lollyfidy1965 402 Posted October 24, 2012 I've been using a sublingual B12 tablet since a month after surgery, and noticed an improvement in energy almost immediately. I've never missed a dose, and don't intend to!

Susie in Lima 320 Posted October 24, 2012 I have taken B12 shots for years because I have pernicious anemia. I just started on the sub lingual tablets this past week because my husband is traveling so much, he isn't here to give me shots. With the shots I can definitely tell when I need them. I get foggy headed and restless legs. We will see how I do with the sublingual. My surgeon said it shouldn't be a big difference.
delta_girl 931 Posted October 24, 2012 I am a believer in B12 shots. They make me feel amazing. I have a regular rotation to get them at mr doctor's office. I don't have to schedule an appointment, just call on my way to the office.
