Kate27 34 Posted January 3, 2013 I feel the same way totally back to normal. I had a rough day at the doctor for my 5 week follow up but otherwise doing good. The scale there weighed me 6 lbs heavier and the doctor got on to me about not loosing enough. It was frustrating! Anyway, I still have one habit that I cannot kick. I eat too fast then pay for it later! I try to slow down little forks and spoons chew chew chew but still I take a bite right after I swallow. UGH! It's a habit I know and after I take a bite I think why did I do that. Anyway it's a work in progress. I just got a treadmill for 40 bucks off a friend and also got biggest looser for xbox kinects so I have been working out. I have been stalled for a little over a week but I am hoping once I get in a better routine things will get better. Water is also an issue for me. I at least get 30 oz in a day and I urinate alot so???? An yway good luck in January everyone!
gigi2195 4 Posted January 5, 2013 Hi everyone! I was sleeved on 11/29 and so far I've only lost 24 lbs. I'm really bummed about that. My husband was sleeved in September and he's already lost about 70 lbs. I am having problems getting in all my calories and Proteins. What am I doing wrong? Kate27 34 Posted January 7, 2013 First off it isnt fair to yourself to compare to a man they have higher metabolisms than us. Also I was sleeved on the 30th of November and I wouldnt call 25lbs in 1 1/2 months a bad thing!!!!!! Normal diet plans they say 1-2 lbs a week is healthy. You are still loosing so I wouldn't freak out just yet. I was bummed at my first stall but I realized aunt flo and having a cold had something to do with it. I wasn't active at all. It seems now that I can eat more I am loosing better. I think because I get more real proitein in and I am drinking Water as often as I can. Plus walking and working out on the xbox has helped as well. Keep you head up. Just think if you hadn;t had the surgery would you be 24 lbs down now? Seeing the scale move has motivated me more to keep up the exersise because that is the key! Good luck!
