sambrooklyn 0 Posted October 22, 2012 Would it be bad if I eat sunflower seeds ? Lol
jaded 11 Posted October 22, 2012 I'm not sure what you mean by "bad". I know they have a lot of sodium and are high in calories, but I've had them on multiple occasions with no problems. I do chew them up really well, though. I'm on week 4 post op btw. 1 sambrooklyn reacted to this

jaded 11 Posted October 22, 2012 Not sure if you're asking me but I feel tremendously better compared to the first two weeks. No more pain and I think I'm getting the hang of my new life style slowly but surely. I've lost 28 pounds as of last Friday...haven't weighed myself in over a week, hopefully more now! jaded 11 Posted October 23, 2012 I have trouble with eating slow. My bites are always too big. :-( I bought a food processor and its a huge help, but I do miss red meat! :-)
Leleboo 104 Posted October 23, 2012 I think that you are not suppose to have nuts and seeds until you are about 6 wks. out because they can cause ulcers. You better check with your dietician just to be safe.
