I'm not sure what you mean by "bad". I know they have a lot of sodium and are high in calories, but I've had them on multiple occasions with no problems. I do chew them up really well, though. I'm on week 4 post op btw.

Not sure if you're asking me but I feel tremendously better compared to the first two weeks. No more pain and I think I'm getting the hang of my new life style slowly but surely. I've lost 28 pounds as of last Friday...haven't weighed myself in over a week, hopefully more now!

That's great I lost 35 pounds so far and I'm loving it having a little trouble with what to eat lol but that's about it :) can't wait till I can eat everything lol

I have trouble with eating slow. My bites are always too big. :-(

I bought a food processor and its a huge help, but I do miss red meat!

I think that you are not suppose to have nuts and seeds until you are about 6 wks. out because they can cause ulcers. You better check with your dietician just to be safe.
