Robbino 32 Posted October 21, 2012 I highly recommend "The Expert's Guide to Weight-Loss Surgery", by Garth Davis from TLC's show, "Big Medicine". It's helped answer a lot of questions I have regarding all stages of the process. I especially like the chapter called "The Honeymoon Period," which talks about ways to end emotional eating. Has anyone else read this or have other recommendations they'd like to share? books, blogs, websites?
june13sleever 223 Posted October 28, 2012 I hate all the books. I read them after the fact and feel they are all too scary and so silly. My book would say. Eat protien and relax. 1 Butterthebean reacted to this

Nothing to do with WLS, it's about how the food industry tricks you into getting addicted to their crappy foods. If you're having food cravings, this book will help you understand why.
