Mexican Food Craving

I have 2 week to lose my last 4 pounds before my next drs appt. I need to lose 15 pounds before I get a date. Remembering my nut saying chips are one of the worst things I can put in me right now, nachos were out. Or we're they?!

I took low-fat cheddar and spread it out on a plate with some salsa. I then microwaved it until the edges were a bit crunchy and middle was nice and gooey.

No more getting chip faced for me! I found a new treat!
