CowgirlJane 14,260 Posted October 24, 2012 Isn't it so liberating??? I had the experience of running up the hill (my driveway) carrying something that weighed less then 40 pounds. I had lost way more then that and as I was huffing for air I realized no wonder I used to feel so awful lugging an extra hundred or so!
