Is There An App For That?

I am a person who keeps iphone in hand! With that being said I needed something I could track Water and Protein with and found two apps that could help me with that! Water Tracker and Protein Tracker. Does anyone else know of any good apps? I have myfitness pal, just wanted something a little more specific.

I use MFP to keep track of my Water, Protein, carbs, calories ect. It has become staple on my iPhone. lol

I'm on it everyday. I'm not sure there is another app and if there is...I stay with MFP. B):rolleyes:

I use MFP as well. My compliance in logging goes down if I have to use too many different places to log. The added bonus is that I also have a FitBit ultra and it coordinates with MFP and "gives" me extra calories that I have earned from exercising to MFP. LOL, at this point, I can't eat them!

If you log into MFP on the computer you can reset the values. My NUT added Fiber and more Snacks, upped my cals and lowered my carbs. It is now more tailored to my needs.

      Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
      What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.
