nadsack 0 Posted October 21, 2012 Hi all, first post so apologies if its the wrong place! Basically, i'm down a load of weight and i've still got a huge ass and CHUNKY legs. I'm worried they'll remain that way when i reach my goal. Most of my weight goes on my bum and legs but i've noticed they've not changed much in the almost 5months post op :s Should i be doing certain exercises to shift the leg fat quicker? I walk ATLEAST 10,000 steps a day since im always busy with uni stuff. I was thinking maybe to do the stair exercises but not sure if it'll help! All advice appreciated! Traci J. 207 Posted October 21, 2012 Try ankle weights, you can find some thin ones that you can wear under your pants that noone will notice; especially if you do alot of walking anyway might as well add some resistance, will help firm up those leg muscles. You can also try light resistance activities with a thera-band. Good luck!
