Pre-surgery Wt: 235.8 Surgery 7/9/12 Weight at Surgery: 208.5 Current Weight: 166.4 (bouncing around this week) Challenge Goal: 155 Aggressive, but I've got a plan For NSV, Water and Protein will be my focus. delta_girl 931 Posted November 2, 2012 9/12 I FINALLY broke my stall (if this is any help). I upped my Fluid intake a good bit and started doing more intensive exercise where my heart rate was up for longer than 30 minutes by running one day and doing a fitness boot camp the next.
