It's all new 453 Posted October 31, 2012 What does the challenge consist of... Start by listing your Surgery date, surgery weight and current weight. Then figure out how many days you have until Thanksgiving and make a goal weight based on the number of lbs you are challenging yourself to lose between now and then. rosehips 121 Posted October 31, 2012 Not me, I am following dietary food plan so I can't change that. I exercise almost daily and am doing my best in that area, I am finding success this way so I will bow out. I also weigh myself only about once every 3 weeks, the numbers on the scale hold too much power for me. My m.o. Is....if the scale does not move I get so upset I eat. I know I can't eat now cause I would baurgh but the mind game that scale sends me to is crazy. I use tight clothes to keep myself in check, over the 3 weeks they get looser & looser.
