OMG. U guys gonna love this smoothie. Plain Greek yogurt. I cup has 23 g of Protein. Put that in a blender. Add frozen tropical fruits from the frozen section which have mango, peaches, pineapple and strawberries. Then add myo which u will find next to crystal lite or u can buy the Walmart brand strawberry/kiwi. That is 23 grams of yum Protein smoothie

For those who are having a hard time finding Protein u can stand. I was one of those who tried everyone of those I could find at the Vitamin shoppe. And they were nasty. I finally found one that is good. It is the nectar chocolate truffle 1 scoop has 23 gms add no sugar carnation instant Breakfast powder which has 6 gm in chocolate flavor. Put I bottle of Water in a blender cup. shake it well. And some ice cubes and it is yuuum. U cannot even taste the Protein I promise. That also satisfiies ur Water intake
