Finally got my Surgery Date! So excited and nervous.. would love to meet some Nov 8th Sleevers to share progress with

So excited for you. I will find out on 25 October my date and hope it is sometime in November. Will follow your progress. Have you to begin with a liquid diet an if so what do they recommend you have. I have ordered individual whey Protein Shake sachets to try and find flavours I like to try and get enough Protein in after.

Hey there!! Nov 8th here too! I know you have to be so excited... I am counting down the days and so excited for this surgery that my birthday (Oct 29th) totally slipped my mind a few times lol

I am going to Mexico to have it done so I will be arriving there Nov 7th, how about yourself? Are you staying in the states (if you live here)?

I'm not on a liquid diet yet! My doctor has his patients go on a High Protein/Low Carb diet 2 weeks before Scheduled Surgery Date.. Today makes Day 5 of that Diet for me! I'm missing sweets, bread, and soda so bad :/

I'm having my surgery here in Kentucky! 10 More Days to go

My surgery was Nov 8th. Doing well, except still having some pain on my left side. I'm down 17 pounds from the morning I left for surgery. Are you still having pain? I'm in my 50's so I know it takes longer for me to heal.
