lilac lass 34 Posted October 19, 2012 I have a recumbent exercise bike. I have been doing well on it but have hit a problem. I am having chafing and skin problems in my groin area ( where my legs meet my torso). It isn't heat rash. I thought it might be due to wearing loose clothing. I am trying to find biking shorts that fit. I have some on order and they are due soon. I have tried powder and washing and changing immediately after working out. Has anyone else had this problem? It is getting so that it is uncomfortable even if I am not riding my bike. Any ideas would be welcome. Due to health issues, riding my bike is my best exercise option. I wouldn't be able to do as much if I tried walking. Thanks!
