thehappycat 91 Posted October 19, 2012 What does SF stand for?
thehappycat 91 Posted October 19, 2012 Ah, thanks. I'm a little slow, lol. Anyway, I was told that only actual liquids count towards your 64 oz per day. Have you checked with your doc?
JustSkinnyMeInside 89 Posted October 19, 2012 What would you say is the oz of Fluid content in 1 SF popcicle or 1 SF Jello cup? I think a sf popsicle is 4 oz and same for Jello cup. They both count as part of your liquid intake because they "melt." 2 Allsmiles45 and kmoore reacted to this
kmoore 97 Posted October 19, 2012 I knew that any liquid counted towards daily intake. Thankfully, I am not having trouble with Protein or liquids I was just curious as to how much non-measured liquids I was also getting Thank you. I was guessing around 2-4 ozs.
