I'm on day 4, this has not been as bad as I thought it would be but I'm loosing all desire to eat or drink anything other than Water & my sf Popsicles. I down my Protein because I have to. Things that tasted good to me before like my caffeine/sf tea turns my stomach....did anyone else experience this change in taste during your liquid diet?

I am on day 11, and doing great. Do I still crave certain bad foods, sure, but for the most part my opti keeps me satisfied. Blueberry tea with nuvia is like a dessert for me.
