spieldose 14 Posted October 18, 2012 Is there ANYONE here that had the surgery, lost/is losing a bunch of weight, and has little to no lose skin?? What did you do? I'm scheduled for surgery in 24 days... I don't have any flabby skin right now at all - at 300 lbs. I'm fat, but it's contained... Just wondering what some of the preventative techniques were Sent from my iPhone using VST

Caroline G 25 Posted October 22, 2012 I am interested in this too. How much should be weight training as opposed to cardio? Should it be a few days a week, every day, at least 10 minutes per day, 20, 30, 40, etc?

aroundhky 1,174 Posted October 22, 2012 I don't really have any loose skin, but I haven't lost as much weight as most people that have had this surgery. Also, I think resistance training helps some.
