astambo 9 Posted October 17, 2012 I am 2 months post op and wondering what kind of exercise people at the same stage as me are doing? I started seeing a trainer and we do weight and strength, nothing too heavy. Curious to see what you all are doing for your exercise.
carolc 94 Posted October 17, 2012 I am 2 months also. I have been going to the gym 4x per week and do cardio (treadmill or stairclimber) for about 30 minutes and if I have the time I do some arm or ab work on the machines. At home I use an exercise ball or take long fast walks...it is gorgeous in New England right now so I am doing a lot of walking!
Ms skinniness 3,003 Posted October 17, 2012 I started doing core exercises at 2 months out. Today I went for a walk in the park and it was beautiful and was able to see the ducks and other people enjoying the cool morning in Southern California.
