Toyaboo22 51 Posted October 15, 2012 I've always ate meat and had no problem until after I was sleeved. Was sleeved 9/12 and since then everytime I eat meat including all seafood, I feel like vomitting. It's the taste and I don't like the way it feels in my mouth. This is so weird. What else can I do to get my Protein in as I think I might become a vegetarian with all this.
JustSkinnyMeInside 89 Posted October 15, 2012 Well, ounce per ounce, kale has more Protein than beef. Eat a variety of green leafy veggies and 1 cup of Beans (change them up) every day to get your protein in. 1 HeyMo35 reacted to this
