urboyp 85 Posted October 17, 2012 Everyone is different . I just think you get what you put in to the sleeve. So I figure I try to do as much as I can safely while the motivation is still fresh. I know there may be a point that I might slack and get comfortable. But I'm trying to avoid that for as long as possible. So attack the fat with all you have. MiniMo 41 Posted October 17, 2012 My surgery was October 1st too!! I go for a walk around the neighborhood about twice a week, about thirty mins or so... I was told 30 days after surgery I can begin light exercise. I am not back at work yet so I try and keep my self busy and NOT laid up in the bed all day. I cook, clean, and I try to move around as much as I can. I do get a little light headed when I over do it, but it seems to pass easily. I start soft foods on Monday , so I have been planning my meals out and doing some research on foods I will be able to eat and looking up recipes (I hate store bought or procesed foods, especially Soup, I've had enough, lol). Just trying to not get in the habit of laying around, doing nothing...
