Got Dehydrated Tonight

did not drink enough today... ran a 5k this afternoon in just under 40 minutes... but did not drink....

trying to catch up right now - have a horrible headache... any ideas? :wacko:

The sugar free G2 with all the electrolytes might help. I have always heard that coconut Water helps for rapid hydration. Hope you feel better soon.

We used Pedialite in my wrestling days to rehydrate after cutting weight.

Pedialite is the best for re-hydrating yourself. If you are going to drink G2 add a teaspoon of salt to it to help you hold on to the Water.< /p>

Yes, try G2 gatoraid mixed in with your Water. It is lower in sugar and really helped me alot. I never drank just plain water. Good Luck! :)

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
