Blech! I tried a Quest bar and spit it out. It was a cinnamon roll flavor. I looked at premier Protein and saw the cal count and i decided to pass. Good idea about halving them. I might pick one up next time. I typically can only finish 3/4 of a pure Protein Bar. Hopefully my taste buds will like them better than Quest thanks everyone for posting. I appreciate reading all of the reviews!
