I cant stand my chewable Vitamin and haven't started taking my Calcium. I'm horrible with meds. Any suggestions on things that might not be bad to take. My dr said no chewy Vitamins

I have been taking the optipure chewables from Unjury. One a day and the taste is good.

I am 4 months out from surgery and I was also having a hard time with my Vitamins, I did good with the chewable ones at first then I started throwing those up, so I got capsules and opened them up and mixed it in some crystal lite, same result (all these vitamins came from Bariatric Advantage), so I went to a completely different brand of Vitamin. Wellesse, it's a liquid Multi-Vitamin that I got at Wal-Mart for around $6, it has been working great! It tastes like taking a shot of really strong unsweetened orange juice. They also make a Calcium one to. Good luck.
