Help! Start My Pre Op Diet Tomorrow. Need Advice

Ok I'm 19 years old and I am getting the sleeve done on the 29th and tomorrow I have to start my 14 days pre op diet. I am scared I don't know what to eat they basically >/= 50 grams of Protein no more then 40 grams of fat and no more then 1000 calories a day. So I'm scared what if I don't make it'. Any advice.

We hve the same date. I am on a 14 day fast no food jst p drink good luck

Thanks good luck to you too!! I think you have it much worse then I do lol I still get to eat food but only 4 ozs not really much but it's something.
