robynluevano 85 Posted October 13, 2012 I know it takes a while to get over major surgery, but I feel like I wasn't as tired between weeks 4-now. I am wondering if maybe I am not getting enough Protein? I have been averaging 40-50 grams a day. I'm more sleepy tired. I've napped almost every day this week, which hasn't been like me since about week 3. Thoughts?

Livinglifeout 217 Posted October 13, 2012 How about some B-12 and Iron supplements, they help me.
robynluevano 85 Posted October 13, 2012 I take a 100 oz bottle of Water to work everyday & try to drink half. Usually I don't quite get to half, but pretty close! I will work harder on that!
UTGal99 327 Posted October 13, 2012 You should be taking in 64 ozs. of Fluid daily, 60 grams of Protein and try 4 Flintstone chewable vitamins (2 morning, 2 night) and 2 Caltrate 600+D (1 morning, 1 night) and 1 B-12 500 mcg sublingual - this should turn your fatigue around. If not, see your doctor.
