Staying Hydrated

How in the world do you get all your liquids in after surgery?? Or what about over night? I wake up with a pounding headache!

I hear ya - I used to wake up with a pounding headache too, but I drink a Protein Shake about an hour before bed. This way I have some Fluid and nutrition on board and it has seemed to stop the morning headache. Good luck to you!

I just had my surgery 10/10 ill start my Protein drinks next week. Thanks for the advice hope that helps.
