Hi All,

I hope somebody of this forum has been sleeved using Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. If so, could you tell me what their requirements were for approving this surgery? I know the hospital must meet particular criteria- be a center for excellence, the BMI reqirements will not be an issue for me (my BMI is 54). Any other requirements?
